1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and United Kingdom. 

 

4. Order Tracking

 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carriers website.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within [5] days with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
